Crystal has been my realtor for 5 years and I have not been an easy client. I have described what I like, she has shown me exactly that and then I changed my mind over and over again. She was patient and supportive with me throughout the process and found us exactly what we wanted plus everything on our wishlist. She is always prompt to respond and active to assist in the pending sale process which can be confusing at times. We are very happy with her and will use her for all future home searches!

After moving to a new area we really needed to sale our house. Renting out became a big headache. Crystal reached out to us through a nice letter in the mail. Her professionalism kindness and positivity is what convinced us she was the right fit for us! As soon as we gave her the opportunity she sold our house for our list price. We highly recommend Crystal and we're very pleased with how easy the process was! Our house was being rented when we first tried to sell. The renters made it very difficult for her to show the house. Once their lease was up she had an offer within weeks!! The closing process was real easy even though we live in a different area. We were able to sign documents without having to travel. Living hours away didn't make the process any different!! In all reality we could have closed without traveling but when our BIG day came we wanted to be there and see the house one last time! We were real worried about selling the house during a Pandemic but Crystal did a virtual tour for our listing and Facebook as well! The virtual tour had to be the coolest thing we've ever seen! It was very professional and gave potential buyers a chance to see the property without having to be there. During the time we were renting our renters made her job so difficult. Crystal remained positive and kept us positive!! She knew how bad we wanted to sell but she couldn't do her job because of the renters. It was a real trying time and Crystal kept pushing forward! Crystal refused to give up and never became negative!! Her communication with us couldn't have been any better. She kept us updated with potential buyers and gave us suggestions on things we could do to sell the house. We were very pleased with Crystal Coffey!! We couldn't have found a better agent!!! Thank you again Crystal for all of your hard work!! We will always be grateful that you sent us that letter!!

With her diligence and support we made it all happen AND on schedule. I couldn't believe it could happen that fast! She has checked on us periodically and has ALWAYS provided any clarification or facts needed even 6 months + later.
